Mr. Muneeb Afzal hails from Islamabad. He was born on July 05, 1988 and completed his matriculation in 2004 from Sideeq Public School,Rawalpindi and his HSSC from Cadet College Hasanabdal. He is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from NUST E&ME College, Rawalpindi. Throughout his college years, Mr. Afzal has been keenly involved in sports and co-curricular activities. He was captain of the debating team of his wing in Hasanabdal and is an active member of College of E&ME’s debating club. He has a keen interest in sports and is a member of his department’s Football and Basketball teams.

Politically, Muneeb Afzal was affiliated with Blue Party and during this term, he served as a Member of the Youth Parliament Standing Committee on Information
