Mr. Agha Shakeel Ahmed hails from Larkana. He was born on January 05, 1981 and has been an active participant in political activities in his district. He was the unit in charge of Pakistan People's Party (SB) under the leadership of Late Murtaza Bhutto. He has done his Masters in Anthropology from Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad. During his time there, he was elected General Secretary of Mehran Council, which has a mandate to promote cultural activities and support the students from Sindh in getting admission to QAU. Currently, he is a part of the People's Rights Movement in Islamabad and is contributing his voice for the rights of people as citizen of Pakistan.

Politically, Agha Shakeel Ahmed was affiliated with Blue Party and during this term, he served as the General Secretary Blue Party
