Syed Manzoor Shah hails from Qilla Abdullah and was born on November 29, 1986. He received his intermediate from Cadet College Murree and is currently studying at BUITEMS in Quetta for his BS in Telecommunication. A member of IEEE, he is also the founder of his own engineering society at university, the Telecommunication Engineers Society of BUITEMS (TESB). Mr. Shah is also prominently involved in sports, having represented BUITEMS in both basketball and football at national inter-university championships.

Politically, Syed Manzoor Shah was affiliated with Green Party and during this term, he served as the Youth Shadow Minister for Foreign Affairs & Defence
