Mr. Prem Chand hails from Sanghar, Sindh. He was born on April 03, 1984 and is studying for a Masters in Social Work at the University of Sindh. He is a social work student and performs numerous activities in this regard. |

Politically, Prem Chand (Late) was affiliated with Blue Party and during this term, he served as the Youth Minister for Culture, Sports & Youth Affairs from May 29, 2010 onwards. He was martyred in the cause of public service and democracy on July 28, 2010 |
