Mr. Muhammad Adil Arshad belongs to Toba Tek Singh, Punjab. He was born without eyesight, yet despite this disability, he holds a Masters in Politics, a Masters in Special Education, a Masters in History and an LLB. Mr. Arshad was presented a special Youth Award by the Ministry of Youth Affairs. He has also worked as an FM compare and has played blind cricket at the national level. He is currently working as a Subject Specialist, Political Science at Government College for Elementary Teachers at Kamalia. |

Politically, Muhammad Adil was affiliated with Blue Party and during this term, he served as a Member of the Youth Parliament Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs & Defence and was elected as Youth Minister for Culture, Sports & Youth Affairs on August 01, 2010 |
