Mr. Umer Raza hails from Khanewal and was born on October 26, 1987. Currently pursuing undergraduate studies in engineering from Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIKI), he secured first place in Khanewal for his Intermediate studies. His leadership activities include participation in Pakistan's Young Leaders' Conference for 2008, presidency of the youth organization of Pehchaan, and vice-presidency of the technical society, IET's GIKI Student Chapter. Mr. Raza is registered voter of NA-157.

Politically, Umer Raza was affiliated with Blue Party and during this term, he served as a Member of the Youth Parliament Standing Committee on Education, Health & Environment
