Mr. Hmmal Muneer Jan was born on August 14, 1986. He hails from the coastal town of Pasni, district Gwadar and is currently doing B.A (HONS) with major in Political Science from Government College University, Lahore. Mr. Jan was a Boy Scout leader in High School. He was also the captain of his High School and College Hockey Teams. He has completed a special course on American History from the US Consulate, Lahore. An active participant in extra-curricular activities, Mr. Jan is a member of Quaid-i-Azam Political Science society and Hiking and Mountaineering club at GCU.

Politically, Hammal Muneer Jan was affiliated with Green Party and during this term, he served as the Youth Shadow Minister for Law, Parliamentary Affairs & Human Rights
