Mr. Hassan Sajjad Naqvi hails from Mandi Bahauddin. He was born on May 29,1986 and is currently enrolled in B.A LLB (Hons) at the University Law College, University of the Punjab. Mr. Naqvi has served as the Vice President (Finance) for the Punjab University Model UN Society, the Sub-editor for Apollo Magazine and has attended MUNs in Pakistan, Gemany and the Netherlands. He was amongst three students selected from Pakistan to visit South Korea on a Korean Scholarship Program. Mr. Naqvi has interned at SEDC-LUMS and the Research Society of International Law. He is currently serving as the elected Coordinator Law Moot Society at his college. Mr. Naqvi's interests include criminal law, corporate law and international humanitarian law.

Politically, Hassan Sajjad Naqvi was affiliated with Blue Party and during this term, he served as the Youth Minister for Law, Parliamentary Affairs & Human Rights for the period of November 08, 2009 to May 29, 2010 and was elected the Youth Prime Minister on August 01, 2010
