Mr. Bilal Qasmi hails from District Jhang and was born on July 24, 1984. He did his matriculation and intermediate from his local district, and then completed his BSc in Library Science from Allama Iqbal Open University in 2007. He is currently pursuing an MSc in Political Science from Punjab University. Mr Qasmi keenly participates in political activities, and follows foreign and religious affairs of Pakistan.

Politically, Muhammad Bilal Qasmi was affiliated with Green Party and during this term, he served as the Youth Shadow Minister for Finance, Planning Affairs & Economics
