Mr. Muhammad Kamil Qaddus hails from Rawalpindi and was born on June 18, 1989. He did his matriculation and intermediate with distinction from Abbottabad Public School. He is currently pursuing a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIKI). Mr. Quddus has participated in debates at the national level in both English and Urdu, and on both serious as well as humorous topics. He has also traveled internationally. In 2004, he competed in Geo Fest, a five-day international Geography Olympiad held at Lucknow, India. In 2008, he attended the Wind Turbine Technology Course (SWTT) convened at Aarhus, Denmark. Mr. Quddus is a registered voter in NA-55.

Politically, Muhammad Kamil Quddus was affiliated with Green Party and during this term, he served as a Member of the Youth Parliament Standing Committee on Culture, Sports & Youth Affairs
