Mr. Hair-uddin Baloch hails from Dera Murad Jamali, District Naseerabad, Balochistan. He was born on February 10, 1983 and has completed a Bachelors of Arts from Government College, Quetta. He is currently completing his Masters in Sociology from International Islamic University, Islamabad. Mr. Baloch has participated in numerous workshops including International Training workshop on UN Human Rights Mechanism (NCJP), Active Citizen Concept Development workshop (British council ), Workshop on step by step guide to Women Rights, Advocacy, Violence against Women, Extra judicial killings and Torture (AGHS legal aid cell ) , Mass awareness workshop on Human Rights (HRCP), Workshop on Democratic and Educational development in Pakistan( NCJP) and Democracy in Pakistan and issues of Baluchistan (NDI).

Politically, Hair-uddin Baloch was affiliated with Blue Party and during this term, he served as a Member of the Youth Parliament Standing Committee on Culture, Sports & Youth Affairs
