Ms. Mahrukh Ayesha Ali hails from Peshawar and was born on Feb 13, 1988. She did her matriculation from Convent High School Peshawar, and her F.Sc. from Edwards College Peshawar, where she was awarded Gold Medals for two consecutive years for outstanding academic performance. Currently, she is a 3rd year student of M.B.B.S in Khyber Medical College, Peshawar. She has been actively involved in social work, being a member of UNESCO, Pakistan Red Crescent Society and other welfare societies. She is also a senior editor at the Literary Society of Khyber Medical College, Peshawar and has represented the College in various declamation contests. Her travel experiences include UK, Dubai, Doha, Saudi Arabia and Egypt.

Politically, Mahrukh Ayesha Ali was affiliated with Blue Party and during this term, she served as a Member of the Youth Parliament Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs & Defence
