“This House is of the opinion that Pakistan should abolish feudal system through land reforms as it has been creating hindrances in the development of democratic culture in Pakistan”.

Ms. Zil-e-Huma (YP31-PUNJAB 13) and Ms. Asbah Rehman (YP30-PUNJAB12) and to move the following resolution:

Mr. Muhammad Irfan(YP07-FATA03) and Ms. Zile Huma(YP31-PUNJB13) to move the following resolution:

“This House is of the opinion that fair and equitable rates should be fixed for payment of royalty for gas and mineral recourses to Balochist an according to constitutional provision in shape of article 161”.

Mr. Hammal Muneer Jan (YP03-BALOCHISTAN02) and Ms. Gul Andaam Orakzai (YP10-ICT03) to move the following resolution:

“This House is of the opinion that government should take immediate steps to recover the alleged missing persons and compensate their families since they are missing”.

 
       
  4.

Mir Waheed Ikhlaq (YP11-GB01), Mr. Imtiaz Ali Khuro(YP46-SINDH09) and Mr. Hanan Ali Abbasi (YP15-NWFP04) to move the following resolution:

“This House is of the opinion that government should give due consideration to the education, health and employment situation in Balochistan and establish technical training institutions under NAVTEC in all the districts and important cities of the province”.

“This House is of the opinion that in the interest of durability of the federation, the centre should initiate constitutional reforms by handing over duly provincial autonomy to the units as it is the need of hour”.

Mr. Imtiaz Ali Khuhro (YP46SINDH09) invites the attention of the Honourable Speaker of the Youth Parliament to express February 05 as Kashmir solidarity day and support the struggle of people of Kashmir against Indian occupation.

 
       
  3.

Mr. Khizer Pervaiz (YP40SINDH03) invites the attention of the Honourable Speaker of the Youth Parliament to the protracted delay in the completion of Lyari Expressway in Karachi and the dislocation of families during the construction of the project.

  4.

Mr. Lehrasip Hayat (YP23-PUNJABO5), Youth Leader of the Opposition, to move the following resolution:

“This House is of the opinion that government should bring in legislative bill in parliament regarding the prosecution process of persons held in FATA and PATA during ongoing war on terror along with persons held before this ongoing military operation and  also recommends the government to bring in presidential ordinance, before enacting legislation, so that prosecution may start immediately.”.

Mr. Zulqarnain Haider(YP20-Punjab 02), Mr. Hannan Ali Abbasi (YP15-NWFP 04), and Mr. Waqas Nazar Tiwana (YP21-Punajb 03)  to move the following resolution:

“This House is of the opinion that Pakistan’s policy on war on terror should not compromise our National dignity and should be clearly made public to dispel current confusion in this regard”.

Ms. Nabeeha Mohyuddin (YP12-NWFP01) and Ms. Mahrukh Ayesha Ali (YP18-NWFP07) to move the following resolution: 

"This House is of the opinion that government should take immediate steps to investigate the alleged presence of 'Blackwater' in various cities of Pakistan, and if proven - to take subsequent measures to ensure the privacy and protection of the citizens of Pakistan and sensitive installments."

Mr. Ehsen Naveed Irfan (YP-013 NWFP-02),Ms Asbah Rahman (YP30-PUNJAB12) & Mr. Kamil Quddus (YP22-PUNJAB 04) to move the following resolution:

“This House is of the opinion that effective negotiations with militants must be ensured and a new anti-terrorism strategy must be formulated to ferret out a peace formula & uproot terrorism from Pakistan”.

“This House is of the opinion that Ankara Trilateral Summit should be expanded and Iran and China should be included in this summit as they share the same strategic problem as of Pakistan”.

Mr. Zahoor-UD-Din Wazir (YP06-FATA-O2) invite the attention of the Honourable Speaker of the Youth Parliament Pakistan to the discrimination on the part of Punjab Government by not allowing the entrance of Tribal people into the Punjab territory.

Ms. Zil-e Huma (YP31-PUNJAB13) invite the attention of the Honourable Speaker of the Youth Parliament to the statement of Indian General Kapoor stating “India could fight a two-front war with Pakistan and China at the same time and end it successfully within 96 hours” is highly propagated and contentious.

“This House is of the opinion that government should take immediate actions to distinguish between different militant groups recognizing them as either friends or enemies, and target its operation accordingly.”

“This House is of the opinion that present government has issued extensive licenses of unauthorized weapons and should review this policy because it will not serve the underlying purpose of maintaining law and order, in the long run.”

“This house is also of the opinion that NWFP be renamed to Pukhtoonistan/Pukhtoon Khwa/ Afghania because it is the long standing demand of the people of NWFP as well as FATA.”

Mr Khitab Gul Orakzai (YP05-FATA01) and Ms. Anam Javeed Cheema (YP29-PUNJAB11) to move the following resolution:

“This house is of the opinion that Pakistan Supports the United States and its allies regarding the War on terror have very negative and grave economic social and political implications for Pakistan. The government should strong and appropriate measures to get a compensation package (Marshall Plan) from the United States and its allies similar to the one given to Germany following World War II.”

 
       
  10.

Ms. Gul Andaam Orazkzai (YP10ICT03) and Mr. Ehsen Naveed Irfan to move the following resolution:

“This House is of the opinion that due to humanitarian loss in the wake of the armed insurgencies and the different military operations, provision of health facilities needs to be ensured with immediate effect - mobile health clinics need establishing and the number of lady health workers in the affected areas of FATA needs to be increased substantially.”

Mr. Ali Inam Khan (YP14-NWFP03), Mr. Muhammad Irfan (YP07-FATA03) and Mr. Abdul Manan (YP17-NWFP06) invite the attention of the Speaker of Youth Parliament towards the Bomb blasts at Imdad Chowk, Quetta, Balochistan that claimed innocent lives.

Mr. Muhammad Saleem (YP19-PUNJAB01) invite the attention of the Honourable Speaker to a matter of urgent public importance regarding shortage of Sugar in the country.

 
       
  4.

Mr. Bilal Jamaee (YP44-SINDH07) invite the attention of the Honourable Speaker of the Youth Parliament to the ban on pillion riding in Karachi for the last seventeen months in the name of curbing street crimes. We are of the opinion this ban be lowered as it effects thousands of people and it is not serving the purpose of lowering street crime.

Mr. Syed Manzoor Shah (YP04-BALOCHISTAN03) invite the attention of the house to the water crisis and environmental problems in Balochistan.

 
       
  6.

Mr. Hair ud Din Baloch (YP02-BALOCHISTAN01), Mr. Hassan Javed Khan (YP39-SINDH02) and Mr. Agha Shakeel Ahmed (YP47-SINDH10) invite the attention of the Honourable Speaker of the Youth Parliament to consider the present role of Frontier Constabulary in Balochistan and due measures should be taken in this regard.
