Ms. Gul Andaam Orakazai (YP10-ICT03), Mr. Imtiaz Ali Khuro (YP46-SINDH09) and Ms. Zile Huma (YP13-PUNJAB31) to move the following resolution:

“This House is of the opinion that government must take immediate measures to hold accountable all the people associated assassination of Former Prime Minister of Pakistan Benazir Bhutto according to UN Commission Report”.

Mr. Hammal Muneer Jan (YP03-BALOCHISTAN02) and Mr. Imtiaz Ali Khuhro (YP46-SINDH09) to move the following resolution:

“This House is of the opinion that in order to ensure Accountability and Good Governance in the country, immediate steps should be taken to bring Parvez Musharraf for trial”.

Mr. Prem Chand (YP38-SINDH01), Mr. Bilal Jamaee (YP44-SINDH07) and Mr. Manzoor Shah (YP04-BALOCHISTAN03) invites the attention of the Honourable Prime Minister on the deteriorating law and order situation in Karachi. 36 innocent people were killed in three consecutive days. The Government should take serious notice on this issue and bring responsible people into account.

Hanan Ali Abbasi (YP15-NWFP04) and Mr. Ehsan Naveed Irfan (YP13-NWFP02) invites the attention of the House to the recent killing of innocent people of Hazara during protest on renaming issue.The member asked the Government to highlight fact and personalities behind this tragic incident & the families must be compensated.

Ms. Zile Huma (YP31-PUNJAB13) invites the attention of Honorable Speaker towards the recently held elections in UK which resulted in bringing 8 Muslims MPs including 3 women. This House congratulates the newly elected government and especially Pakistan originated Muslim women, Chairperson of Conservative Party and Minister Ms. Syeda Warsi.

Ms. Ayesha Bilal Bhatti, (YP27-PUNJAB09),  Ms. Noor Bakht Ghumman (YP28-PUNJAB10) and Ms. Gul Andaam Orakzai (YP10-ICT03) invites the attention of the Honorable Prime Minister of the Youth Parliament to the action of a Facebook user who created up a page called “Draw Mohammed Day”, and allegedly invited people to send in their caricatures of the Muslim Prophet on May 20. The Muslim community views the publication of such offensive material as a serious attack on the integrity of their religion, and on the global Muslim Community.

Ms. Zile Huma (YP13-PUNJAB31), Ms. Asbah Rehman (YP30-PUNJAB12), Ms. Aysha Bilal Bhatti (YP027-PUNJAB09) and Ms. Noor Bakht Ghumman (YP28-PUNJAB10) invites the attention of Honorable Prime Minister towards a remarkable day in the history of Pakistan that we are observing today i.e Yom-e-Taqbeer. This parliament resolves today that we stand united as a nation against any challenge and want a lasting peace in the region.

Mr. Hammal Muneer Jan (YP03-BALOCHISTAN02) and Syed Manzoor Shah (YP04-BALOCHISTAN03) to move the following resolution:

“This House is of the opinion that in order to promote cultural harmony in the country, major regional languages should be thought as additional subjects in primary schools of the respective provinces, i.e. Punjabi and Siraiki in Punjab, Pashto and Hindko in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, Balochi, Brahvi and Pashto in Balochistan”.

Mr. Khizer Pervaiz (YP40-SINDH03) and Mr. Hassan Javed Khan (YP39-SINDH02) to move the following resolution:

Mr. Muhammad Saleem (YP19-PUNJAB01), Ms. Fatima Salim Khwaja (YP33-Punjab15), Ms. Asbah Rahman (YP30-PUNJAB12) and Mr. Ehsan Naveed Irfan (YP13-KhyberPakhtunkhwa02) invites the attention of the Honorable Youth Prime Minister to the twin terror attacks in Lahore which targeted a particular religious group. This house strongly condemns these horrific incidents which resulted in the death of over 80 people including polices officials and urges the government to take such concrete measures that would never again create an opportunity for terrorists to instill hatred amongst the people of Pakistan.

“This House is of the opinion that existing bi-furcated accountability mechanism in Pakistan is failure. Therefore, it should be replaced with new single accountability mechanism throughout the country. A model is presented in the house for discussion”.

“This House is of the opinion that a unique good governance policy be formulated of the Youth Parliament Pakistan”.

“This House is of the opinion that the appropriate governance reforms in the education sector should be made in order to bring efficiency in the process of education delivery”.

“This House is of the opinion that the management of the referral health care system needs to be improved by proper allocation of funds, enhancing medical technology in basic health units, in rural health Centres & research centres to treat the diseases according to preventive & curative methods for good governance in health”.

“This House is of the opinion that for the better delivery of public services, the Government of Pakistan should form new administrative units in the shape of   new provinces like Hazara & restore the status of Bahawalpur province.”

“This House is of the opinion that the destructive philosophy of the Doctrine of Necessity should be abolished and an independent commission shall be set up to inquire into the political and historical loses caused by this doctrine”
