March 21: PILDAT President Ahmed Bilal Mehboob delivers a presentation on �RTI, Public Service Delivery & Public Servants� to participants of the 19th Senior Management Course, held at the Senior Management Wing of the National Institute of Management, Islamabad. This is the first time senior civil servants have been sensitized on RTI to graduate into BPS-20 from BPS-19. In the context of the ongoing interaction hosted by PILDAT between Pakistan and India on governance, several case studies on the Indian experience of RTI were also shared with the audience.
