The Position paper on Prosecution Services in Punjab and Sindh analyses the contemporary infrastructure of Prosecution Services, prevailing weaknesses, and provides recommendations for reforms in the existing legal framework, specifically in the provinces of Punjab and Sindh.
This Paper has been developed as part of PILDAT�s initiative on Reforming Police, Prosecution System and Free Legal Aid Services in Pakistan. Under this initiative, PILDAT formed a six-member Committee of Experts on Rule of Law � Police, Prosecution and Free Legal Aid. The Position Paper on Prosecution Services in Punjab and Sindh has been developed by Ms. Ayesha Hamid, Member of Committee of Experts on Rule of Law (Proseuction), and Advocate Lahore High Court.
