PILDAT has brought together Legislators of Pakistani Origin from Parliaments of United Kingdom, Norway and the European Union to engage in a dialogue with their counterparts and intellectuals in Pakistan on some of the key issues in Relations between the Muslim World and the West. |

In a 3-tier dialogue series that is taking place in Karachi on April 15, Lahore on April 16 and Islamabad on April 17, leading Pakistani intellectuals, veteran MPs, analysts and media persons will engage in a dialogue with Pakistani-Origin MPs from Western Parliaments on issues such as: Pakistani Diaspora in the West: Part of the Solution or Part of the Problem? Pakistan�s Image in the West and Current State of Relations between Muslims & the West and the Way Forward.

Baroness Kishwer Falkner of Margravine (Member British House of Lords: Liberal Democrat), Mr. Khalid Mahmood, (Member of Storting Norwegian Parliament: Labour), Mr. Khalid Mahmood, (Member British House of Commons: Labour), Mr. Mohammad Sarwar (Member British House of Commons: Labour) and Mr. Sajjad Karim, (Member European Parliament from UK: Conservative) will be part of the dialogue series. |
